Custom Searches

Headway Systems Ltd use a Valbiz System to store over 2 million (and growing every day) properties and sales back to around 1995. We provide a service whereby Property Professionals can contact us via email or telephone and request comparable sales. Turnaround can be a matter of minutes for simple searches that are performed whilst the client is on the other end of the telephone, or, when not urgent, or more complex, will be queued and processed almost as quickly. On request, we can supply sales searches that go back to the 1980's.

Typically, a search could be for an existing ValBiz user requiring sales evidence outside their usual geographical area that they subscribe to. The service is also available to non-ValBiz users providing they are Property Professionals.

This is a personal service where our team directly liaises with you to ensure you receive your accurately defined data set. This is often an iterative process to arrive at a reasonable number (and cost) of sales. The resultant sales are typically emailed
as an Excel spreadsheet, although can be faxed (as a standard Valbiz report), or posted.

Post ValBiz Version 6, results of these custom searches can be imported into your ValBiz database, hence can be viewed repeatedly.

Custom searches carry a $35.00 plus GST search fee and a charge of 35 cents per sale for those sales supplied.

If emailing us or leaving us a message, please provide basic search criteria such as rating roll (or street enabling us to arrive at roll), sale date range and sale category(s).

Sales Data Subscriptions

Headway Systems Ltd specialises in providing bulk property sales data to New Zealand's Property Profession. This data is intended to be imported into the client's own (ValBiz or non-ValBiz) database.

We currently supply property market sales data to our clients on a 6 monthly subscription basis. Each client has their own customised supply of the sales data for the geographical area they specify (either whole Local Authority(s) or down to rating roll(s) level).

Once imported into the client's system the data can be searched when needed and analysed further. The ValBiz system coupled with the data we supply is the ideal system for Professionals who are required to analyse and advise on the market.
