Analysis Summary Reports are preconfigured ValBiz reports that cannot be changed.  They will always include the default property photo (added from the Property Record, Pictures tab) and the notes which appear in the 'Published Notes' fields of the Analysis record. 

Perform your search form the relevant Analysis File Access screen (by using Key Field Search and Picklist, same principal as sale searching).  You will see a 'Detailed' 'Summary' and 'Alternate' Button.  The 'Detailed' and 'Summary' buttons present a detailed overview of each analysis.  Selecting 'Notes', Apprt' (Apportionment) and 'Picture' include these items on the report.

Only the 'Picture' tick box has any impact on the 'Summary' and 'Alternate' reports.

The pictures that the report will use are the default photos that have been added to the Property Record.  You can attach a photo to a 'sub-property' via the Document & Photo Manager.  If your analysis is based on one of the sub-properties then the summary report will use that photo.  The 'Residential Sales Analysis Summary' report will pick up a photo that is added to the sale which has been analysed as it's priority, but will use a photo attached to the subject property if there is not a seperate photo for the sale.

Selecting export allows you to generate a PDF copy of the report and/or to email that sends a PDF direct to your recipient
