Bulk Sales Data Supply- Terms and Conditions
Headway sources data from a number of organisations who impose terms and conditions on how the sales data may be used both by Headway itself and by our bulk sales data subscribers. Essentially Headway may only supply sales data in bulk to selected groups of real estate industry professionals.
These groups are explained below. Please read the set of terms and conditions relevant to you. If you have any doubt at all either about which set applies in your case or about how you may use the sales data please contact us on 0800 644 544.
Group1: Property Professionals who derive 50% or more of their annual revenue from:
- Providing services as a Registered Valuer;
- Providing services as Licensed Real Estate Agent;
- Developing property;
- Investing in property, and / or
- Providing consultant services in relation to property.

Fixed Price Data supply contracts abide by the attached Terms & Conditions: TERMSCON-Fixed-220108
Group 2: Property Professionals working in other organisations:
Organisations whose core business is not to provide professional property services (e.g. Registered Valuations, Licensed Real Estate Agent) but who employ a Registered Valuer on a full time basis (e.g. Trading Bank).

Group 3: Other Organisations:
Existing Headway clients who do not fall into either of the preceding categories.

12. CONSENT TO OPERATE WITHOUT SALES SUPPLY CONTRACT
Clients have the option to operate their ValBiz solution without a sales data contract under the following circumstances:
(a) If they are a new Headway Client and they pay 1.5 times the standard one off license fee and 2 times the standard annual software maintenance fee, and if they purchase ValBiz Professional Plus or higher with the Document and Photo manager add on. This also includes, for the purposes of keeping the property database up to date an annual sales file, due on their contract signing anniversary, for sales that cover a maximum of five Local Authorities.
(b) If they are an existing Headway client and they pay an additional one off contract transfer fee of 50% of the current software license fee plus they pay 2 times the standard annual software maintenance fee for that level of software. This also includes, for the purposes of keeping the property database up to date and due on their contract signing anniversary, an annual sales update file for the clients data subscription as at the time of contract transfer.
