ValBiz Data Hosting Services include:
- Scheduled Daily Sales Data Downloads
- Scheduled Daily Offsite Backups
- ValBiz & Jade Upgrades (by arrangement & free of charge through software maintenance agreements)
Scheduled Daily Backups are transferred to an offsite backup location (online) with Datalock.
Data traffic fees for the hosted environment are included - however it is necessary for the client to arrange & monitor 'Thin Client Access' traffic with their Internet Service Provider (ISP).
